Multi-Analyte ELISArray Kit Layout

All wells of an eight-well strip are coated with the same capture antibody for the same cytokine or chemokine. A set of twelve strips in one ELISArray microplate therefore represents twelve cytokines or chemokines. See the information for the specific kit of interest to you for the list of proteins represented. The corresponding lettered wells of each strip will characterize the same biological sample. Each ELISArray microplate therefore characterizes up to eight biological samples.
